Optiphen is an excellent choice for a commercial preservative. This product is in liquid form, very versatile in useage and can be used in bar and liquid soap, shampoos, scrubs, lotions, bath gels and cream. FDA approved for baby care products except for wipes. Germaben's are not approved as a preservative for any baby care products. This product gives a shelf life of 24 months to your products, recommended to use within a pH range of 4-8 and used at a rate of .75-1.5%. We highly recommend this product. 2.2 ounce bottle with flip top dispenser.
