Terms And Conditions

We can not accept for return any item that has the possibility of being tampered with once opened.  This includes skincare products.  For these reasons, we will not accept returns on any food grade item, essential oil, fragrance oil, specialty or carrier oil or sodium hydroxide.  All items that are accepted for returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.

For classes, should you register and pay for a class and we cancel it, full refunds will be issued.  If you register for a class and not show up or call, no refund or credit will be issued.  Should you have to reschedule your class, 24 hour notice must be given.  We will allow 2 opportunities to reschedule provided 24 hour notice is given to us.  There is a fifteen dollar charge for replacement of hand-outs and formulas per class which will be mailed via USPS or picked up, we will not email.
